A striking ornamental of the Solanaceae family that thrives here in Northern California. It is native to the Sibundoy Valley of Columbia and has been used historically in religious ceremonies and as divinitory enhancement. The leaves and flowers are also heated and used as a warm poultice for inflammation. The plant itself has long, dark green, slender leaves and intoxicatingly fragrant, very unusual looking white flowers.
